HOW IT WORKS

Image Capture

OGS flies low to the ground and capture high-resolution aerial imagery at specific wavelengths that reveal plant health, producing meaningful agricultural data.

Processing

OGS employs unique image processing techniques to generate highly accurate data on every plant in the field.

Analysis

OGS uses biological and mathematical modeling to correlate data to the physical state of individual plants, including water stress and leaf nitrogen content.

SEE MORE CLEARLY THAN THE HUMAN EYE

Our sensors capture images at multiple wavelengths ranging from visible the light spectrum to the far infrared light.

The multiple sensor rig is part of what makes Ceres unique among aerial agriculture data providers. Each camera captures data from a different part of the light spectrum, ranging from the visible to far-infrared wavelength.

Depending on the kind of imagery package you request we can capture up to six different ranges of wavelengths of the light spectrum at once.

Then our systems weave together hundreds of images and the individual frames make a seamless mosaic of your field.

That enables us to provide best-in-class resolution of 0.2 – 1 meter per pixel, depending on the crop and application.
